A BIG MAHALO to all of you, Rec Ohana, for making it possible to enjoy an evening with the Japanese kids who were visiting the island.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our paddling event with them, but we were able to pull together something at Magic Island and they got a taste of what it's like to swim in warm Hawaiian waters.
Thank you to those who helped set-up, cook, pick up bentos, swim with the kids, bring water toys, take pictures, bring chairs, serve food, fellowship with the kids, break down tents, etc. and all those of you who gave money! You are what made this possible!
