Good turnout this past Saturday. Aside from the usual rotational, we got to go around the island which was a lot of fun. If you have never been to the Sandbar, it is a nice place for a break just before heading out. You may recognize some of the photos that were taken there.
It was nice having Randy over for paddling and he brought along his father-in-law, who is 82 years old strong and he got to experience his first time paddling.
Anameri and Kat were there as well as Sarah and Linda. It was a good Saturday and none like it. Not one particular Saturday is taken for granted. Each Saturday of paddling is unique in it's own right, since we never know who will be able to come out for paddling and what is going to happen. The element of surprise is nice. It's all good.
