ACTIVITIES:
Beginners' paddling - Advance paddling
Canoe water safety "huli" training - begins this Saturday!!!
ANSWERS:
"Can I go from Rec paddling to competitive paddling once the season started?" Yes, you can - but I wouldn't wait too long. It's recommended you enter the competitive practices as early as possible to maximize practice, conditioning and training. Plus, you would give the coaches better opportunity for crew selections.
"How much serious training can I expect from being a Rec paddler?" Not a whole lot. We're there to have fun. However, our paddling technique training will more than equip you for competitive paddling if you chose to do so in the future.
As always, your comments and concerns are always welcome. Please stay informed by following our blog-site created by Lita Aka (recpaddlingohananhcc.blogspot.com )
God bless you and see you on the beach,
Coach Kimo
